I know maybe this could be an artist choice based on the Zandalari models who barely have one( they are less proeminente) but Darkspear trolls are jungle trolls, they have a big third toe on their foot. The Troll head hunters have been kicked from the orc race and,the might orge has replaced it.(the Orge witch doctor has most of the same abilitys has the troll witch doctor but a little stronger. All troll units in reforged are missing the heel toe.
